Revaluation (Except I year) - Last Date 25/4/2023 - 12.30 PM

 Students, who appeared for Nov/Dec 2022 Examinations (Except I Year) and wish to apply for Revaluation are instructed to pay the Fees of Rs. 400/- at College cash counter. The Last date and time for online Registration is 25/4/2023 12.30 PM.

Students are instructed to write the Register No, subject code, Subject name, total number of subjects applying for Revaluation at the back of the Receipt. Students are also instructed to bring the Staff evaluated Photocopy of the script concerned. 

Students are instructed to verify the subject while registering online and has to acknowledge the verification by writing verified and put your signature.

Students are instructed to wear the college ID card and pen while coming for online Registration. The instruction for the revaluation is given below. (If link is not navigating, copy paste the link in URL)

Attention ND22 Malpractice Candidates - Punishment, Result and Photocopy Reg

 The students who were booked under Malpractice during Nov/Dec 22 Higher Semester Examinations are informed that the punishment awarded by the University is with the Exam cell. Kindly come in person and collect it.

The Results for those candidates are published and it is available in your Student login.

Malpractice candidates who are permitted to apply for the photocopy are informed to apply online at Exam cell by Paying Rs. 300/- at College cash counter. Last date for applying photocopy is 12.04.2023 - 4 PM

Issues in Today's first Sem Exams - 5.4.23

 These are the following issues that students should adhere

1. Don't go inside the allotted exam hall before Hall invigilator comes in. If found it will be booked under suspected malpractice.

2. Avoid any kind of malpractice. Malpractice will be certainly booked. One students was booked today

3. Look for complete Register No while finding the corresponding seat No. 

4. Avoid digital / smart watches. only dial watch is allowed.

5. If any chicken pox candidate is present, get the permission from Principal along with Medical certificate and handover the letter to Exam cell atleast 2 days before the exam date. we need to get permission from University to allocate a separate hall and invigilator for those candidates.

6. Some students have kept their bag infront of the exam hall. It should be kept in the steps only. Avoid keeping valuable things in the bag. College is not responsible it the valuable things are missing.

7. Avoid full hand shirt. If it is the case, unfold throughout the exam duration. Since it is summer, half hand shirt is advisable for boys.

Photocopy problem can be reported at Exam cell

Photocopy problem - Regarding

 Hope everybody who applied for Photocopy of the answer scripts received their photocopy. Students who haven't received their photocopy are instructed to report to the exam cell. The web portal for reporting photocopy problem (Like pages missing, not clear, Some other student's answer script is sent etc) is not opened so far. We will intimate in this blog and at that time students can report at Exam cell. 

Students who wish to apply for Revaluation are instructed to get the photocopy corrected by your subject teacher and be ready with Rs. 400/- per Revaluation Script. We will intimate the date when the University announces.

Nov/Dec 2022 Theory Examinations - Instruction to I Year students.

 

1. Do not share the actual content in the blog to groups so as to make all the students to get familiar with the blog.

2. No borrowing of things allowed inside exam hall like scale, pencils, pen, calculators etc

3. Wearing College ID card is must during exam hours.

4. Keep the Hall ticket and Question paper safe. Hall tickets may be retained till you finish your degree and QP may be retained till you get the semester results

5. Duplicate hall ticket will be issued only once with fine of Rs. 100/- that too after dispatching answer sheets from Exam cell. If hall ticket is missing, write a letter, get signature from HoD , pay Rs. 100/- at college cash counter and submit the letter at Exam cell

6. It is advised to carry transparent water bottles to exam halls. 

7. Please carry passport size photo during examinations, (it may be used to get temporary id card at the last minute  if the id card is forgotten)

8. Students should not enter the exam hall before the invigilator arrives. If any student found inside the exam hall before the arrival of hall invigilator will be suspected for malpractice.

9. Malpractice in any manner will be certainly booked.

10. Hall allocation will be posted in this blog 2.30 hrs before exam time. Please dont forward in your groups. Make all the students to access the blog. you can also use search option in the blog to locate your hall.

11. Be present 10 min before the commencement of examination. Normally students will not be permitted after commencement of examinations.

12. QP will be distributed 5 min before the commencement of examination to read, for those who present inside the exam hall only

13. Read and follow the instructions given at the back of hall ticket and in the 2nd page of answer booklet. Nothing should be written in the hall ticket.

14. Take at most care in writing the Reg no and other details in the first page of answer booklet

15. Check the individual page numbers in the answer booklet received before starting to write the details, whether all the pages are present, in order or any damages and report immediately. Reporting at the later stage, will be viewed seriously.

16. Check the sub name and sub code of the QP received with that of the hall ticket as soon as the QP is received.

17. Write your Reg no in the QP and no other writings are allowed in the QP. Any writings found in the QP will be suspected for malpractice and it will be viewed seriously.

18. Use only the rough column at the back of answer booklet for calculations. (No calculations in the QP)

19. After completion, do tick the question numbers and sub divisions you have answered in 3 places of your answer booklet (1 - Front, 2-back)

20. Strike out the unused pages diagonally using pen only. Strike out the unused lines in 2 mark sections also.

21. Do not write anything different from the subject concerned in the answer sheet

22. Many students write their names in the examiner name at the bottom of the front page of answer sheet. It will attract fine of Min 1000/- which should be separately sent to university for publication of results. 

23. Whitener is not permitted anywhere in the answer sheet.

24. Use graph present in the answer booklet. If the graph is different from the graph given in the answer booklet it will be provided by us. Ask the Hall invigilator for the graph required at the start of the exam so that we can arrange in time.

25. Keep the graph sheet inside the answer booklet and it needs to be tied. We will provide the punching machine and thread for tying.

26. Avoid any identification marks such as use of color pens, any specific patterns while answering. if found later, it will be considered as malpractice.

27. Only permitted calculators should be used. The type of calculators to be used is posted already in the blog

28. Any updates will be posted in the blog and keep updated.

29. Throwing of Question papers inside the campus is seriously viewed.

30. Damage of seat numbers pasted in the hall is also seriously viewed.

31.Look for complete register no and corresponding seat no in the hall sketch pasted at the door of exam hall.

32. Mobile phones even switched off condition is not allowed in side exam halls. Pouches, Purses or any valuable items are not permitted inside the exam hall even to keep in the stage. Smart watches, Digital watches, bluetooth devices and other electronic gadgets are not allowed.

33.University / College authorities are not responsible for any thing that is brought to college during exams, which is kept in bags. Students are advised not to bring mobile phones / purses / any valuable items during exams. If brought, it is the responsibility of students to keep them safe.

33. Only small amount of Rupee notes, 1 or 2 ATM card can be kept in the packet.

34. Maintain proper dress codes during exams. It is recommended to wear half hand shirt for boys. If full sleeves, it should not be folded till the exam is over. Jeans with multiple packets are not allowed.

35. Only drafter is allowed. drafter holder is not allowed.

36.   If No. of pages used is altered, get signature from the hall superintendent otherwise, it will not be considered

37. Handover the answer booklet only to the hall invigilator. Do not keep it at the desk while leaving exam hall.

38.Do take back the calculator if used, while leaving the exam hall. University / College authorities are not responsible any things left inside the exam hall.

39. Bags / books / printed materials for the subject are to kept in the steps only not in the corridor outside the exam hall. Do not keep any valuable things in the bag.

40. If there is no photo in the hall ticket, paste a recent passport size photo and get attested from the Principal for regular GCE, Erode students

41. Hall tickets should be got from class advisors only for regular students.

42. Do not throw Question papers inside the college campus after the exam is over.

43. No verbal or non verbal communication between students inside exam hall is permitted. If you need any clarification, ask the hall invigilator.

44. Earlier during University exams, we found that students were wearing other students ID cards as they have missed. It should be avoided and it will be viewed seriously

45. Do check whether there is anything written on the desk, bit paper and any material in and around your seating. If it is pertaining to your subject of examination, it is considered as malpractice.
