3) S.No, Reg.No, Name, Subject Code, Subject Name, No. of subjects for which Photocopy is required (Max 5 is allowed), Total fees.

4) Along with the above details, students should send Photocopy fee to their respective class representatives on or before 17/08/2026.
5) The class representatives after consolidating the receipt of the details in the suggested format and fee amount, should report to the Exam cell for paying the fees on 18/08/2026 at 11.00 AM.
6) Late Photocopy applications (After 18/08/2026) will not be entertained.
7) The photocopy fee Rs.300/- per subject amount should be brought as cash to the examination cell.
